LN Interview: Releasing for Reproduction

While at Catalyst this year I got a chance to sit down with Greg Ligon of Leadership Network and talk.  He asked me several questions around the topic of reproducing leaders and reproducing new church campuses. Leadership Network recently posted this interview on their site, but I thought some of you might like to check it out.

I was at that meeting where you gave permission. Still love thinking about that day! I learned a lot from you when you "released" everyone to go out and reproduce their campuses and churches. Awesome stuff!

Sounds exciting! We need to reach the world with the Gospel in every way possible! From the beginning God wanted us to spread out and multiply, and reproducing churches is a good way to do that.
