Over the last couple weeks we sent more than 100 students on mission trips to New Orleans, Galveston, Mexico and Philippines. This is a pic of some of the students (including my son Josh) taking a break at the beach after a hard day of work. I'm extraordinarily proud of our students.
Our student ministry made a strategic decision this year that rather than send our students to another conference (they already have a Blast Winter Conference) they decided that they would encourage students to go on mission trips. I think this bias toward less talk and more action is something the church needs if we are to accomplish the mission of Jesus.
Blogs are so interactive where we get lots of informative on any topics nice job keep it up !!

For the past three years my youth group has talked about doing that. However, we have always ended up going to CIY. Which has been amazing but again like you said you kind of miss the less talk more action side of things. I would love to hear more about how the trip went and what the general response from the students was like.
