Our whole staff gathered this week to take the next step in dreaming and planning our initiatives for the coming year. This is a pic of out team gathered for worship at the Lighthouse in East Aurora (local of our 11th campus opening in January). This is just one of many steps that is an ongoing process throughout the year to keep dreaming big dreams. The envisioning and dreaming starts with me and the Lead Team and over the course of weeks and months like expanding concentric circles we involve more and more people till we have communicated these new initiatives to the entire church. I am amazed how God honors this process of dreaming and planning year after year. As I look at some of the dreams we have for the next couple years, it looks to be a season of great IMPACT.
